Two Ways You Can Help
There are two direct ways you can help support this fight for free speech and transparency.
1. Donate to the legal fund
Donations help me retain a constitutional trial lawyer to fight our First Amendment case in federal court.
Voluntary contributions help cover website hosting, records costs, and legal expenses connected to my transparency work and First Amendment case. This is not a purchase of goods or services, and contributions are not tax-deductible.
2. File a Public Information Act request
You can file your own Public Information Act request with Comal ISD and ask for records showing public funds paid by the school district to private legal counsel connected to the federal case.

What To Put In The “Information Being Requested” Box
Use this:
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I request copies of records sufficient to show the total amount of public funds paid by Comal ISD to any private attorney, outside counsel, or law firm related to federal case number Case 5:25-cv-01355-OLG-ESC. This includes, but is not limited to, invoices, billing statements, payment ledgers, checks, ACH or wire payment records, purchase orders, fee agreements, contracts, engagement letters, and records approving or authorizing payment. Please provide responsive records from June 1, 2025, to the present.
